My wife and I were returning from vacation on our way from Maine to Georgia. Stayed at Mechanicsburg since it was approximately half-way on our trip. Very close and very convenient to the I-81. Only issue was road noise from I-81 since we were lodged on the front side of the building. Otherwise, very clean, very nicely furnished, superb WIFI connection. Very friendly staff.

It was fine. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Air conditioning/heating system worked well. I really liked all the available channels on the TV.

I booked this through my IHG app while traveling. Upon arrival, they had my reservation but no rooms. They acted as if I was just out of luck and that sort of thing happens. Upon further prodding, a room was found. Not the type I had booked but would serve my purpose.
The facility was great, just could have been more customer accommodating and understanding that it was not my fault that the problem occurred. The front desk made it seem that they were doing me a favor and big deal that they would let me have the different room at the price I had booked the original one at.

The only thing I think could be improved upon is the mattress. When sitting or rolling over, the mattress made noise that could be disturbing to people in an adjacent room. It would wake me up in the night..
