Not acceptable

This facility is not acceptable. After checking in we found the room in rough condition paint was in bad shape with scrapes on the walls and dirty. Air conditioning did not work. We immediately went to the front desk cancelled our stay and went to a different hotel. Completely not acceptable considering this is the more expensive option in the area.

No soap???

Get to room and there is no soap in the bathroom. Front desk said they are short on soap. Try to take a shower and the shower gel container is empty. Front desk says have to wait till tomorrow till housekeeping comes in. Does me no good as leaving early. Almost no toilet paper. Try to turn on bedside lamp and there is no light bulb. Hair in the shower. Can’t believe you have to keep asking for the essentials. Guy at front desk was friendly but clueless Stayed here a few months ago and it was not like this. Won’t come back!!!
