We were in town for some soccer games. Great location very close to where I needed to be. We checked in and the front desk was not sure if my room was ready. It was after 3:30pm. The front desk person went to check and said I would be missing pillows but he could get me some. No issue. We put some items in the freezer and there were baby roaches frozen in there. I didn't think anything about it, I cleaned them out and left. We came back went to the restroom and there was a live one crawling on the floor. I killed it and took it to the front desk and showed them. He said he would report to building manager. Went back to room, went back to the restroom and notices black spots on the wall. Walked up to see what it was and there were baby roaches crawling up the wall. There were four of them. I did not want to sleep there for fear of taking them home. I killed the ones on the wall, went to the front and had to ask for another room. The next room was much better. No signs of bugs. "I'm Sorry." is what I was told. The next morning I explained to the lady at check out and she was not concerned either. She said she would report it. There seemed to be no concern about the bug issue.
