I have stayed a lot with IHG but will never stay at The manager authorized money to be taken out of my bank account without my permission. I should of been contacted before anything was taken from my account, especially when my reservation was used with points. The assistant manager ensured me that she would credit my account some points for a free night which she never done. I will never stay at this hotel again.

I travel for work and stay in a different city almost every night. This room by far was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. There was hair all over the shower and in the drain. Didn’t notice it until next morning when I went to take a shower. Which I wasn’t able to do. Good thing there was no hair dryer. There were sticky rings on one night stand and crumbs on the other. The toilet seat had something all over it. I cleaned these things because I wipe down all the rooms I stay in. The carpet needed vacuumed. The sheets were clean or at least appeared to be. That is the only good thing I can say about the room. I discussed everything with the desk clerk when I checked out, while he seemed concerned I never heard another word from the motel. No I’m sorry it shouldn’t have been this way nothing. There are many other places to stay in this area. Don’t stay here. I would have given it zero stars if I could
