Very clean and comfortable, great service, but disappointing breakfast.

We were in the city for a medical appointment for my husband, and the clerk at the desk was very friendly and and accommodating. Our room was spotless, and I love the Watkins shampoo/conditioner/body [更多] wash options supplied. However, although I realize that things look differently due to Covid-19, the Grab-and-Go breakfast option would have been perfect if we were maybe 7 years old. It consisted of a sugar-filled breakfast containing Froot Loops, Nutri-Grain bar, a juice box, and a fruit cup. PLEASE offer more "adult oriented" options. We ended up having to pick up breakfast elsewhere. [更少]

Customer service is all about serving customers and your staff did just that! What a comfortable and pleasant stay. I gave a 5 star rating because it was just that. Comfortable, clean and great [更多] staff! In particular I want to mention Carol at the front desk. I didn't communicate properly with her and she had to fix a problem because of this. She remained calm. I would have been flustered! She kindly and patiently worked through the issue. A real asset to your hotel. Everyone there was great. We enjoyed our stay very much. While there was construction going on to improve the rooms we were never bothered by it. We would stay there again! [更少]
