I'm from the US. We travel to China for business for several months per year. I stayed here for 5 weeks. Usually, we stay at Crowne Plaza. We started out at the Crowne Plaza in the City Center [更多] area (~ring 2) and moved here after 1 week in Beijing. This hotel was better than the Crowne Plazas that we have been staying in. The management is much more attentive and appreciative that we chose to stay there. They are much more service-oriented and are more intentional about taking care of their guests. They would go out of their way to come chat with us and help us. They knew that we were checking out in two days and they set up a wake up call, scheduled a van to take my team, and had coffees waiting on us when we were checking out (it was 4 AM). They did all of this without us even mentioning or asking for any of it. They took time to memorize what our routines and preferences were. They knew what we ate for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and would have those meals ready, or ordered, when we would show up at the normal times. Janet, the hotel manager, would come chat with us daily and any issues that we had in Beijing in general, she would call over the person with the most experience with that particular issue and help us solve the problems that we were having out in the city. She was really awesome and helpful. Hands down the best service and experience that we have had in China. For reference, we have stayed at 3 Crowne Plazas and a Wyndham for comparison a total of a month each. [更少]

This is a fabulous property, great location, and really really friendly staff. Restaurant and bar were most enjoyable. Highly Highly recommend Din Tai Fung restaurants in the APM Mall, also a 15-minute cab ride to Linlin's Farm Restaraunt at the rear entrance of Glory Mall. Hotel is a short cab ride to Tieniman Square, the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven all a must visit while in Beijing. I had one small issue that was quickly resolved by management. [更少]
