I stayed here last Saturday with my friends for a simple bday celebration. The rooms were well maintained and the comfort of their beds were the same as before when I checked in pre pandemic times. [更多] All the staff were well trained, very approachable, and accommodating. I’d like to commend Angel of the front desk for accommodating my friend to check in on my behalf as I was running late that time. She made sure to extend her greetings over the phone and acknowledge my membership. I’d also like to thank Lianna for accommodating my simple bday amenity request. I’m surprised that they were able to deliver it right away, few minutes after I checked in. I was not able to get the name of the person I spoke to from the guest service center but she was very nice and considerate to provide us a late checkout. We woke up late and needed more time to prepare. It was a very relaxing stay and we appreciate everyone for their service. [更少]
