The Crowne Plaza Changi Airport Singapore, has been our home away from home every time we visited Singapore. We love its seamless connecting walk from arrival to check in and for its convenience [更多] to Jewel and one of the Best Airport in the world. Apart from this, the property is well maintained despite a few years old. We had the opportunities to stay at the Premier Room with garden view, Premier Room with pool view as well as Premier Room with runway views during our past 3-4 years here and each time, the experience is refreshing. We love the room for its spaciousness, the comfy 2-seater sofa and the space to accommodate additional rollaway bed without compromising on comfort. The good sound proof rooms also meant we are having awesome rest each night. At the club lounge, led by the very friendly and professional Club Manager Raymond, is well laid out and a good place to chill out during happy hours or a lazy afternoon. His team of Joey, Namira, Kaye, Steph are all taking good care of the guests. We also enjoyed the Azur Cafe for its spread of buffet at lunch or breakfast, and Executive Chef Aloysius always beaming with smiles and greet the guests even when its running full house at times. From the front desks to the concierge, each of the staff were meticulous and attentive to the needs, and importantly, this hotel remembers you by your name, knows your preference and is personal in touch. Marvelous Staycation

I called in to book a staycation at Crowne Plaza and because I was a Gourmet Collections member, I was entitled to their "buy one get one free" package with a voucher, which allowed me to stay at a [更多] Club room. For $270++, for one night, I got another night absolutely free, plus free access to their Club lounge. They even granted me early check in and late check out. The room was huge! Even with two twin beds (to accommodate my wife and two daughters) and two arm chairs and a study desk, there was still lots of space in the room. The toilet had a bath and a shower and similarly a lot of space. If there was one "complaint" it was that our room was the furthest point from the lift, so it was a bit of a walk, but I guess it was good for our waistlines! I had access to the gym, pool and Club lounge which provided snacks and small bites throughout the day as well hot beverages and cold drinks from early morning till 11pm. From 5.30pm till 8.30pm, there would be finger food and alcoholic drinks during their happy hours. All included in the price we paid. The deal we got was fantastic already but the service quality was excellent, particularly at the club lounge. The staff at the Club Lounge took such good care of us we made a beeline for the Lounge both mornings rather than at the restaurant where the spread was better. Kudos to Raymond, Ashley and the other staffs who took wonderful care of me and my family. We truly had a wonderful time at Crowne Plaza and its proximity to Jewel allowed us to access it at our convenience and at times when there were less people. They are definitely deserving of the ratings they get on hotel booking websites. [更少]

We stopped in this hotel for our trip to the F1 Grand Prix. Very clean, friendly staff nothing to much trouble. Good choice of food at breakfast. From arriving to leaving the Holiday Inn Singapore it was an absolutely wonderful experience.. Everyone we were in contact with was so friendly, professional & with any requests nothing being a [更多] problem ! In our view a superb stay! Our daily request of taxi transport was met promptly… our breakfast dining experience was always fabulous with an amazing selection! The staff extremely attentive. Our afternoon Cocktail Bar experience was again superb notably because of the staff .. Roban & KK , being very attentive etc. The reception team with Irwan in particular was exemplary! We would highly recommend this well established hotel. We are not frequent visitors of Holiday Inn Orchard, This is our third stay over the past 10 years or so. I recently had my son's Full month Celebration in the hotel's Orchid Ballroom and had planned everything together with the Senior Business Development Manager of Banquet, Vasanthi. And this [更多] experience working with her was such a delight! Not only were we pleased with the existing birthday packages put forth by the hotel, we were also pleased with how professional, courteous, and accommodating Vasanthi was with us. She had even met with us well past office hours and even when she was not feeling well. Even though the event was planned quite last minute, she had helped us plan everything to the detail according to our requests and even provided us more! On the event day, Not only was Vasanthi there to ensure that our guests and their children were well taken care of, Sufian, the Banquet Manager was there to assure that the operation team catered to all our needs. The set up did started out with a few minutes of delay, Sufian had his hands tied as he was running a bigger event just upstairs and we could really understand the situation. We still had everything arranged properly for my family and for my guests. Vasanthi had even arranged a nice children's corner for us with coloring books to entertain the kids, more than what we would've expecting from her. My family and my guests had expressed how happy they were with the service and how they enjoyed the food. This event was really smooth and made planning for me really easy. Having come from the 5 star hotels as well as banquet industry myself and currently an educator for the hospitality industry, I can definitely say that although the hotel does come with age and Vasanthi, Sufian and Team having to work in a somewhat older establishment, they have their limits in which they could provide exceptional service. But they definitely nailed it with my family and my guest as well as myself. There is a lot from the team at Holiday Inn Singapore: Orchard City Centre that many 5 stars hotel can learn from.
