We arrived in Geneva after a dash, when the French Government closed its borders with minimal notice. We were a family of eight, six adults and two children and needed four rooms. From the onset the [更多] staff could not have been more accommodating and helpful. They were under great pressure with all kinds of guests arriving as a consequence of the Corona virus emergency, but thoughout our stay managed with a light but sensible touch which allowed everyone to breathe and take stock. Breakfast and meals considering social distancing etc, were managed very well keeping a calm and peace about the place. The little Van outside for Lebanese snacks was great, and the shuttle very helpful. Well done to the whole team.Tony [更少]

My wife and I stayed at the Intercontinental Geneve for a birthday trip for her. As in most stays at any Intercontinental, the room was clean, warm, had fantastic views and was a memorable [更多] experience. However, the staff. The staff is what made it exquisite. Such a luxury hotel. But a very family feel. They were willing to do all to make the stay pleasurable, from check in to check out. We just appreciated them and their drive to perfection. Stayed there for business which included using the conference facilities. Can honestly say the whole experience was perfect. Reception, restuarant and bar staff really friendly and interesting (all [更多] bilingual). So too our conferences staff, nothing was too much for them and they clearly had conference facilities and support experience - something I really depend on and appreciate when running courses. [更少]
