This was our 2nd time staying at Holiday Inn - Hawthorne. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the room was a very good size, comfortable bed, everything was spotless. The complimentary continental [更多] breakfast is a bonus, there was everything you need to start the day off. It does get busy but we found we didn't have to wait long to get a table. My birthday was coming up and my wife and I wanted to stay overnight and go for a fun night out for some drinks with our son and my brother in-law and sister in-law. Before we checked in, my wife [更多] spoke to Omar since it was our first stay at Indigo and asked him about the hotel. When we checked in we went to the room, and a Happy Birthday banner was on the wall with a hand written note wishing me a wonderful stay and a Happy Birthday and another hand written note in the bedroom wishing me a Happy Birthday and thanking me for being an IHG Member. Very nice touch and made us feel welcome. The room was spacious and clean with a big bathroom. We learned about the Garden Walk next door from the front desk staff and we went to Casa de Pancho to have some drinks and appetizers. What a great time with live Mariachis! We stopped at a couple other places and had a great night. The best part of the stay was the staff that was accommodating and took good care of us. Thank you! And after we left, we realized we left a couple of items behind so we called and spoke to Omar again...and housekeeping had held them in the lost and found. That was the icing on the cake and why I am writing this enthusiastic review. Thank you Omar and the front desk staff for making it a special time. We will be back. [更少]

Hotel Indigo is a 5 star hotel without the high prices...the room was super clean and comfortable. From the wood floors to the excellent bedding we could not have asked for more..the beds had a [更多] variety of pillows from very fluffy to soft and cuddly..the bathroom was updated with a roomy shower and plenty of vanity room ..the towels were really thick and fluffy. Our housekeeper,Soledad did an amazing job keeping us supplied with new towels. We never had to ask once to get fresh towels.. the front desk personnel were also cheerful and always greeted us with a friendly hello. I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone going to Disneyland. At the corner of Katella and Harbor it is not a hard walk. [更少]

The entire staff is very friendly. They make you feel right at home. The room I stayed in was recently remodeled and very up to date.
