Amazing Honeymoon

Myself and my new wife stayed here in December when the borders reopened for our honeymoon. Due to Covid cancellations this was actually not our first choice for a honeymoon to come to Fiji, but [更多] turned out to be one of the best holidays that either myself or my wife have ever had. The resort itself is incredibly beautiful in its layout and design with a number of pools and right on the beach, several restaurants and bars and a spectacular golf course next door. But we were blown away most by the wonderful staff from management on down. The warmth and generosity shown to us in the two weeks that we stayed is something that we will never forget, and will surely come back to visit again. After four wedding date changes due to Covid, we could not believe how amazing our honeymoon was. Thanks again [更少]

First family vacation and First 36th birthday for my husband after loosing his twin sister last year. The staffs at Toba Restaurant treat us like family, Apiapi, Atonina, Gina, Buna Jim great chef. [更多] We just love them. Front Office Jessica for being great at checkout so sorry for taking up your time. Travelling as an Ambassador on this stay I did not get what I was promised in the beginning. I did not receive an apology from the Management. I had an issue and they were unprofessional in solving it at all. I felt it to be biased and an unfair treatment because of being a local and a staff. Im a guest and an Ambassador and I was not treated as one.All this mess could have been avoided if someone had told me the truth I would have been happy to pay. The whole process was a waste of time everyone pointing fingers everyone else. Unforgivable. [更少]

Awesome stay

The resort is located on one of the best beaches in the Fiji main island. It has a long stretch of prestine beach and kids can walk 100 meters out at low tide. Although there are some dead coral on [更多] the sand. The staff in the hotel were amazing during our stay. Special thanks to Richard/Mosese/Anna/Shayal/Charmayne and Rose at the Rosie Travel on site for making our trip so especially wonderful. Their genuine smiles / thoughtful attention to details / going the extra mile to help, and just their contagiously happy spirit can chase away the darkest of clouds.
