Good hotel but some points to be improved

The room was spacious and the buildings looked great. Whereas there are some points that should be improved. 1) There is a snack shop in the hotel, and some price labels on some items were wrong. I [更多] went to the shop at around 8pm on 26 Aug., and I found the snack, Pringles(Sour onion) labeled 28000 Rupiah. When I brought this to the cashier, she(the shop staff) said "it's 40000 Rupiah." When I asked the reason, she said the price was changed. The store should update the price accordingly. I thought she was cheting me. 2) There was no hot water even though I kept the shower running for a while. In addition, the water was irony(the smell was bloody, the color was brown, and sandy sediments when I filled the bathtub with the water.) I gave up taking a bath. [更少]

My husband and I were pleased with the service provided by the staff. We came early and we were wondering what to do after breakfast as we knew check-in was at 3pm.
