I would have given this hotel 5 full stars if I didn't get such a bad headache from the paint odor. I stayed here two nights, left and came back 4 days later. The second stay, I asked to be moved to [More] a room that had not been recently painted and the manager took care of it. The staff at this hotel are too notch. From the Manager to the front desk, housekeeping, grounds, down to the crew who makes the delicious breakfast. Love this place! [Less]

Excellent long term staff great location

The kitchen breakfast staff has been there for several years. She remembers customers and does several things to enhance our experience. One example: at the end of the time period, she made biscuits [More] with the remaining sausage, wrapped them in plastic wrap, and put them where those of us on the run could take some. Well played. We stay here often. We reserved a room, and asked for 2 double beds and the handicapped shower. They saved for us a king with a handicapped shower. We said we prefer the 2 QN beds, so they put us in a room with 2 QN beds on the 4th floor. They are re-modeling and re-painting on that floor now, and the fumes were a bit extreme at 4 pm when we checked in. SO the front desk staffer moved us to a suite (free upgrade) on the third floor. Service matters. In late September, they are not full on the weekends, and it is really quiet and pleasant. [Less]

I've stayed here before and it was actually ok I had no problems at all, but this last time I stayed me and my family arrived for a one day trip we planned to take care of business and was unable to [More] check at check in time. We was told to have a seat with about 20 other guest that were unable to check in also. Eventually we all had to get in line to check in. Im not sure if it was something wrong with their system but I probably wont book here again because I cant gamble if I'm going to be able to get into my room on time when i'm on a time schedule.
