I booked meeting space and rooms for 28 people. From the initial planning to our very last minute on the property we were so happy with the facility and the staff. Food was great, portions sizable,[More] but above all the service provided by the local team was so terrific. We know the hotel was understaffed, as are many establishments at this time. But we never felt underserved. We all commented on how responsive the small but mighty staff was. They always had smiles on their faces, willingness to pause and meet a need in spite of their busyness.
Kudos every single employee we interacted with- with special thanks to Tim and Nicki.[Less]

Family Stay

This is a newly renovated hotel. Urban modern decor. Clean, casual, quiet, relaxing. Convenient location for us. Did not get a chance to use the pool area. There is an air hockey and a billiard table[More] as well. Unfortunately, I did not have time to use these features .
Staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful.
Self-serve breakfast is very good. Both hot and cold choices. Reasonably priced snack bar in the lobby.
Price is excellent for this property.
I highly recommend this property for families and business travelers. Every detail is covered.[Less]
Staff and hotel were great!

We had a great time and the staff were all amazing and super friendly. Everything was very clean and breakfast was good. The only issue was of absolutely no fault of the hotel or staff. The sign up[More] for pool time due to covid was explained extensively to us over the phone and upon check in as I'm sure it was for everyone else. The second night, there was a lady that was vaping inside and letting several kids and friends into the pool area (all without masks) when it wasn't their pool time, making the area over capacity. When the male and female staff came in to remind them of the rules, one of the ladies refused to leave and was shouting profanity at the staff. That lady continued to argue with and yell at them for atleast 15 minutes. She also allowed her son (looked to be 13 or 14) to yell profanity at and disrespect the staff. The teenagers stormed out of the pool area, making a big scene after several minutes and went up to their poolside balcony to open and slam the door repeatedly over several minutes. At one point, he either spit or threw something off the balcony down to the pool area. The lady remained in the pool area with several kids for about a half hour, because she refused to leave, which made the other guests pretty uncomfortable. Everyone's pool time was ruined that night, but like I said, it was of no fault of front desk staff and who I think was the maintenance person (?) that handled it as respectfully as possible. The only thing I wondered is if there's a limit to how much abuse the staff are to endure before being able to take more drastic measures (police) to remove disruptive guests? It was really unacceptable behavior and disruptive to other guests that paid to stay and enjoy amenities as well.[Less]
