We booked this room on the fly on an unplanned road trip. We arrived around 8PM. Chelsea at the front desk greeted us like we had known her forever, smiling, helpful and made us feel very welcome [More] like she was happy to see us. We quickly got to our room and it was cozy, clean and very comfortable. The bed was super comfy and we both slept very well. In the morning we were greeted with a smile from the lady in the kitchen, again like we were old friends. Breakfast was very good with alot of choices. Definately will stay here again in the future! From the moment my son and I walked in, the service was outstanding! From the lovely ladies at the front desk, to the kitchen staff, to the housekeeping staff, everyone was extremely friendly and [More] kind. Our room was clean and the bed extremely comfortable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I emailed them to request a room location and view and they obliged without issue. Checkin was quick and easy and all instructions and info were clear [More] and concise. The rooms are nothing extraordinary but they are clean, well appointed and in good condition. The bed was very comfortable and the shower (toiletries included) was nice. The bathrooms are pretty small but how big do you really need it. It was big enough. The parking garage isn't really a garage. It's more of a covered/protected open area, adjacent to the lobby and underneath the 2nd floor. We parked there since it was snowy. But it is kind of a sketchy looking area. There's also plenty of outdoor parking around the building. All in all, it can't be beat for the rate I got. It's a nice property in a decent spot. We've already booked another weekend stay, longer this time, in the coming weeks. [Less]
