Sometimes you never know what to expect when you pick a hotel from the internet. Are the reviews real or not. Well, for me and my friends we could not be more happy with this hotel. We booked this as [More] a stop over on the way to the Smokie Mountains. The employees were all very nice. The accommodations were superior and to boot the $3.00 buffet breakfast was really good too. They had fresh eggs and hash browns with freshly chopped vegetables in it. I gave this hotel Excellent rating on all points and when traveling again in this area I will be sure to stay there again. Jetta the ROCK STAR!!

The motel was clean and had no issues until we checked out. I'll spare the details, but the breakfast was a bad experience. Not because of the food, but because of the service. This review would have [More] been a 3 star because of it. However, I'm so thankful that I met Jetta at the front desk, because she is a pro at her job and understands the meaning of customer service. She made it right for me and I'm sure she let them know my dissatisfaction. The next issue was 100% my fault, as I forgot my iPad which I use for work purposes. I didn't realize it until we had traveled hundreds of miles and couldn't return for it. Jetta, took a personal interest in making sure to ship it to me by personally taking it to Fedex for me!! Great location

Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Bathroom did not have an exhaust fan so had to leave door open when taking showers. Room had fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Hotel is situated [More] almost directly under Cincinnati Northern Ky airport flight pattern. It was slightly bothersome the first night but got use to it. Hotel is within a 2 minute drive from multiple decent restaurants so we didn’t eat at Hotel. The ballpark is in the backyard of the Hotel which made it extremely convenient for us. Please get some Color Printer Ink

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel in the last month. It's the 2nd time they do not have color printer ink. I travel a lot because of my job and I'm a Spire Elite Member. So I need the [More] printers to work. You can order the ink on-line or go to an office store. I will give the hotel one more chance to have the color ink or I will need to find another place to stay so I can also use the printer. I will probably be back in about a month.
