The rooms were really great, with the most comfortable pillows and beds. especially for the corner room the staff gave us for our wedding day. it was extraordinary! The staff were helpful. thanks a [More] bunch to Mr. Setiawan and Mr. Akid and Miss Eka who helped us through all the booking process. the only down thing for me was the EDC machine. they only have ONE BCA EDC machine kn the whole hotel, and it was disconnected the time we were going to do the payment. so we should go downstairs to the mall, where there's a lot of bca machines. actually all the experience were beyond expectations!
