When I checked in I gave the representative a different card to put the room on. A $10 hold was put on that card, however the room was still charged to the card that they had on file, which they told [More] me they removed. I called and left a message on the 22nd for the manager on duty to complain about this and never got a return call. Bagged Breakfast was very weak, other Hotel my daughter stayed at is still doing custom breakfast, cooked to order. Hotel is very new, so still very clean. I did not see a single employee wearing a mask while I was there. Was not happy about that. [Less]
Clean new hotel, TV didn't work

We are not from the area. My mom had to have surgery and the surgeon she see's is in Wilmington. This hotel was close to the facility she was having surgery at. It was a very clean hotel and in a [More] very nice area. Only downside is the TV did not work it just kept saying connecting and then loading and the screen would go black, it was disappointing we had to run to multiple pre-op appointments this day and she just wanted to relax and watch tv before she went to bed.
