Le buffet déjeuner offre une bonne variété de plats. Le personnel est très courtois et avenant. Aucun problème de stationnement et la localisation de l'hôtel est idéale pour la visite du centre-ville de Montréal, Quartier Chinois, Vieux-Montréal, Vieux Port, etc. Bref, un séjour très apprécié! Bed was so comfortable here. great location kitty-corner from our conference at Palais de Congress. Reasonable price, staff was helpful and polite. Weird to have the lobby on the second floor. Got [更多] stuck in a smoking room which we hated. Easy to get to transit and Bixi rental bikes [更少]

Caught in a snow storm

We (youth basketball team) were to stay Saturday evening but owing to storm conditions & over a 4 hour 187 km distance we decided to stay Friday. Hotel staff were very accommodating over the phone to [更多] arrange 3 rooms. Check in wasn't prompt as there were 3 others ahead of me. One couple had been stranded without luggage for two days. When it was my turn I received good service. To the rude American who tried to interrupt to buy water when I was checking in 9 very tired youth - wait your turn! The hotel was full & I am sure everyone had been having a very busy day. The rooms were great, breakfast fine, hotel amenities clean & neat. Bistro Bar food & drink very good. Given the circumstances staff were pleasant. [更少]

There is no better choice if you need to be in the Pointe Claire area. Fantastic staff! They put us on the 11th floor so it was quiet even though the hotel was packed with young baseball players and [更多] their families. The room was clean with plenty of space. Only small complaint is the pillows might need to be replaced as they are super hard. Maybe you can call the desk and order softer pillows? We didn't eat at the hotel so I can't comment on the food. Hot water was limited on our last morning there, but as mentioned the hotel was very crowded. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel. We stay there every summer on our annual visit to Montreal. We will be staying at this hotel again next summer. [更少]

Stayed here on a business trip. Was very impressed with the room when I walked in, very spacious, and very comfortable bed. Stayed four nights, and for being away from home, it was a pleasant [更多] experience. Had to ask maintenance a question about the room, and even they were professional in all facets. Room service was prompt, courteous, and the food was very good. Breakfast was not the standard continental, french toast, eggs, omelets, fresh fruits etc. Overall it was one of the better stays I have had at a hotel. [更少]
