Before we arrived here on Monday 12th July 2021 we looked at the online reviews and had some concerns so emailed the hotel with requests and some clarification. They replied with in a couple of hours [更多] with answers which put our mind at ease. From the moment we arrived until we left 5 days later we could not find any fault with this hotel. They allocated us a quiet room on the top floor so we had good nights sleep. The breakfast was great, just as we always remembered from previous Holiday Inn Expresses. Plenty of food but all individually wrapped to comply with Covid restrictions - even the individual slices of bread were separately wrapped! The staff could not have more helpful and ever so friendly. Definitely a hotel we will want to return to. [更少]

very comfortable stay

clean hotel very comfy beds good choice of pillows just too short staffed at breakfast we were there at 8.30 and tables had a few dirty plates we had to wait of it being cleared but would not stop us [更多] staying again.... will def go back [更少]
