Excellent Property, love the location and the ability to use a nearby gym for free!

There are a lot of really nice hotels in beautiful Boise, but after a co-worker set us up in this HIE in the Summer of 2018 I knew where would be my first choice going forward as I so enjoyed having [更多] the nearby gym let me in with my room key. The room and facilities are excellent for HIE and this stay they put me in a very lovely corner room which was beyond nice. The location is excellent as you're still able to get a very nice walk downtown if you choose in maybe 20-25 minutes. I like a lot of the food options two blocks away and it's another block or two to the stadium beyond that. R Bar isn't too far, had reasonable beers and a great burger spot next door. You have quick access to the walkways that parallel the river and are a very nice walk and I know the hotel has some arrangement with bikes, but I never asked about the couple they had right out front. Randy was really nice as was the rest of their staff. There was zero to complain about at this hotel and a ton of stuff to praise. I slept very well and loved the corner room, but I also had a great previous stay for over a week in 2018. [更少]

Traveling seasonally for business, I found the changes of the rewards program new and therefore when I asked if I may have my bottle of water, the front desk person said: "no you don't have enough [更多] points to qualify." Really???? Is that really what you say to anyone who is in your rewards program? Understandably, if one doesn't qualify yet for extra nights etc. because of lack of points that is certainly a good business decision, however, getting rid of the welcome package to all of your customers seems petty. Just my 2 cents worth! [更少]
