This is my go-to Albany area hotel for the past 4 years. Every room I've stayed in has been clean. The property is quiet and the staff is extremely kind and helpful. The pool is also very clean and [更多] has been invitingly warm every time I have visited. This hotel seems to be more popular with working people and parents- which I love. I travel with kids and can say that this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in with young kids. No rowdy guests. No loud events. The carpeting is always absolutely clean. Right now with Covid the breakfast is not as expansive as in past years (this hotel used to have exceptional breakfast!), but I think this will improve as Covid restrictions decrease. Even with the limited breakfast options, there were still enough choices to satisfy everyone in my family. I highly recommend the Latham Holiday Inn Express if you're looking for a room that is guaranteed clean and quiet and worth every penny you spend on a good night's stay. [更少]

We stayed here two nights ago and have no complaints at all. Staff was very friendly and we found our room to be very clean. I asked for an extra pillow after dinner and it was delivered within 15 [更多] minutes. Breakfast buffet was nice and everything was fresh. The front desk is always very friendly and accommodating. I was given the room I requested which was nice. The free breakfast has a decent variety of items and is always good. I conducted a business [更多] seminar in the Atrium and although Karen, who helped with our refreshments was VERY nice and more than helpful, the banquet manager never came around to see how things were going, even though we had some problems. Karen was doing things for me that should've been done by other staff. She is a very hard worker and always remains pleasant and willing to help, just like the front desk staff. [更少]
