Staying prior to our cruise, we arrived at the airport about 12:35 am -called for the hotel shuttle for pick up. Brandon had his driver there by the time we had our luggage. At check-in, Brandon was[更多] so pleasant and personable - had our room key ready. He also helped us schedule our transportation to the port - very helpful!
The rooms are a little smaller than average, however, they are updated, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was hot and very good. The hotel is in a great location near the airport with walkability to local market and the tram.

We had a great time during our stay in SeaTac. The complimentary shuttle service is nice. The staff was very helpful. Thank you Savun, Randi and Vanetia. The room was big and very clean, good job[更多] housekeeping staff! There’s also a free shuttle to the Southcenter Mall, would definitely recommend. The only suggestion we have is more options for breakfast, but we understand it’s hard with the low supply.[更少]

Hotel was extremely clean, quiet and had amazing staff. I was there with my daughter and they would go out of there way to get the door for me or push an elevator button if they saw me headed that[更多] way. :) I was sad to learn they did not have room service anymore other than that it was great!

Hi, I stayed at Crown Plaza Seattle Downtown Area from 9th to 13th of December.
I enjoyed my stay at your hotel very much and appreciate the hospitality your staff showed to me.
However, there[更多] is one issue I would like to bring your attention to. There is a quite a price difference between the booking price you charged on the 10th and the amount you put in my invoice. The difference is $154.19 (I mentioned only the difference, not the exact amounts as per your writing guidelines). My colleagues who used a corporate card had the original amount cancelled as soon as they checked out but, some of us who paid with a personal card still haven't heard about the cancellation of the booking price.
Can you please check this and get back to me asap?
