We cannot say enough wonderful things about the agent who helped us at the front desk; Paul Reid. As soon as we walked in, Paul made us feel welcome. We were travelling from MB and after a bit of [更多] vehicle trouble, we were arriving a bit late and very stressed and tired. We had called ahead to order supper from the restaurant and asked them to leave it at the front desk for us as we weren't sure we would get to the hotel before they closed. Not only was Paul kind enough to have supper put in our room, he anticipated our need for wineglasses when he saw us carrying a bottle of wine ,and made sure we had some before heading up to the room. My husband went down later to get something from our vehicle, and was telling Paul how we have to change a tire in the morning but didn't have the correct tools, so Paul left his personal tools for us to use! He went so above and beyond any expectations we had. If we are ever in the area again, the Holiday Inn Ottawa Kanata will be our hotel of choice and we hope we see Paul again! And the room was comfortable, clean and just what we needed for a good nights sleep. [更少]

Staff were great took the bus which is 2 minutes outside the hotel, to hockey game and took bus back from game, were back in hotel in 10 minutes after game. If you are from the GTA you can use your [更多] presto card on the bus which was very conveniant and easy, highly recommend this hotel. [更少]

Nice hotel, wish they had just a bit larger tv's. The rooms are clean and bathroom is clean with good shower pressure. Plenty of towels. The wireless internet is good and as adequate speed and [更多] reliability. Would recommend hotel. Close to downtown and Ottawa. [更少]

This is a nice hotel. Cool upper lobby area. I had a room on the Penthouse floor and it was really large, especially the bathroom. Great view of the water across the road. I'm not sure if there were [更多] many people staying on the floor but it sure was quiet. There was a separate bathroom area outside of the room and it was HUGE. I could have slept in there. :) Underground parking (a bit of a tight squeeze), solid wireless internet, friendly staff. It was my first stay at this location and I would definitely return. [更少]

Hotel experience was good but the American breakfast was a little disappointing due to food not being kept hot, eggs in particular on our three day visit were cold. Other than the restaurant [更多] experience it was a good visit. [更少]
