We stayed one night in Rotterdam to have a taste of the city and visit nearby Kinderdijk. I booked this hotel as I needed stays for the into the nights promotion and it turned out to be a good [更多] one. Location is excellent, near the central station if you come by train and near the access roads when you come by car. The hotel has a convinient and roomy parking. City centre is on walking distance and if you feel a bit tired.. tram stops in front ot the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpfull and the room was spacy. Choice of pillows was available. Shower cabinet was wonderfully roomy and provided a nice powerfull hot stream of water. (Champagne would have been better.. obviously.. but chilled.. :) ) A nice extra is the availability of coffee and tea making facilities in the room. Breakfast amazed me for a chain which I thought was the lower end of the IHG scale. All choices you could wish for were available. Maybe the breakfast room might be a bit too small if the hotel is booked to full capacity but we luckily found a free table near the buffet. Only thing missing is a choice of omelet. (boiled eggs were available!) To be recommended and an obvious choice if we would return to Rotterdam. [更少]

Wonderful location and service. Arrived early from incoming flight; hotel very kindly allowed us to check in early. We were able to rest a little and spent the rest of a very enjoyable day meandering [更多] around central Rotterdam. Took the train in from Schipol airport. Train station is just down the street about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The cruise port is an easy 10 minute taxi ride away or a Metro station is close by the hotel. One route goes right to the cruise terminal area. Metro is convenient to get around the city, too. [更少]

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel manager made our stay exceptional. Gave us an upgrade room. Very helpful with directions to city and transportation. Breakfast was also very good. Only problem I had is [更多] that I did not get the bonus points added to my account being I am a platinum member or IHG. Would definitely stay there again. [更少]

Staying here the staff cannot do anything more to make you feel welcome. I have seen some "interesting" requests which they meet with professionalism and courtesy despite the requests being strange [更多] and outside of something a 3 star hotel would cater for I wish some guests would be more realistic and polite in their requests too and they would in turn see how good the staff are here [更少]
