Beautiful View - Wonderful Staff

We spent a long weekend at the Holiday Inn Express in St. Joseph, Michigan to attend a family wedding. The hotel is directly across from the lake, so the view was beautiful, even on cloudy, overcast [更多] days. The city of St. Joseph is very nice and the hotel is close to many nice restaurants, shopping or you can hop in your car and drive around enjoying the sights of the amazing homes. What impressed me most was the exceptional staff at the Holiday Inn Express in St. Joseph. Everyone from the desk clerk to the on-stie maintenance man and everyone in between were so nice. The folks that took care of breakfast interacted with us and made sure we had plenty of hot food. The entire area was very clean and always stocked with everything from tea bags to cinnamon rolls. Our room was clean, with little noise heard from the hallway, even though we were right around the corner from the elevator. We had no problem getting or staying asleep. The housekeeping staff was also very friendly and made sure we had plenty of towels. We didn't have the opportunity to take advantage of the pool, but plenty of families were. We have nothing but good things to say and we would certainly stay at the Holiday Inn Express in St. Joseph again should we be in the area. [更少]

We found our room clean and well maintained. We sanitized everything before unpacking and found surfaces to be clean. The female reception staff did not wear a mask and that was concerning. There [更多] should be more hand disinfectant available- especially at the elevator doors and outside doors. Public areas were not up to current standards. Location of motel is great. [更少]

The rooms are gorgeous and the is outstanding and very friendly. Mark is the best manager you can have at a hotel. Marcy , Dave are.the best. Dave is very much so up on maintenance in the hotel. I [更多] had a lake view room and it was wonderful. You can see the sun set and the lake from your balcony. I give the hotel and staff 10 stars. I’ll be up next year. Thank you all. [更少]
