We arrived on August 1st. When I arrive at any Holiday Inn Express I like to present my membership card or confirmation number, the woman working the desk wouldn't have that, she "demanded" more than
once for I.D. and payment card - I finally did it her way and her attitude changed..
In the morning when we left, we were not offered the bag breakfast that we were told that we would receive, (same staff member working).
This is the first time I've ever given such low rating on staff, I've stayed at many Holiday Inn Express in the states and Canada , but I guess there is a first time for everything.. [Less]
