Relaxing, Enjoyable Beachfront Resort

We stayed for 7 nights early November 2019 and if ever possible we would like to return one day. We absolutely loved our stay and so did our friends. Our 5 year old son couldn’t get enough of the [More] pool and also loved the kids club. The kids bucket was under repair however it didn't matter, my son loved the little slide and the pools in general. All of the staff were very lovely, welcoming and helpful. A special thanks goes to Jeni and Juni. We loved the breakfast buffet every morning, such an amazing fresh selection of anything you could want, the restaurant staff were lovely too. The ambience around the pool was very relaxing with nice layout, bar and music. Very kid friendly. Great sized resort, not too big, not too small. Would love to come back again. [Less]

This hotel was outstanding - especially the service. The staff is what really made our stay... so friendly, attentive and wonderful with our two young children. Our interconnecting family room was [More] spacious and clean with partial views of the ocean. The food was great - especially the buffet breakfast. Beautiful spot, nice and quiet. First time we've stayed here. Perfect location, easy walk into Kuta or taxi ride, hotel staff amazing, friendly and can't do enough. Stayed at the Holiday Inn in Tuban for 9 nights. Great location as only 15 min walk to centre of Kuta but far enough away to avoid the noise. Resort is very clean, has a great pool with pool bar [More] and staff are extremely friendly. I would recommend to families. [Less]

Overall experience was vert good. Especially services and kindness of staffs. But i found somethings that might be improved 1. Air conditioner controller guidance. It is hard to adopt air [More] conditioner control in this hotel, If you leave guide book or some reference, it would be good 2. Cold waters in the refrigerator: i thought most of guests are foreigners. They need cold water. At least one? 3.
