We have had a fantastic time staying at this hotel.staff are friendly and highly professional.Shanti at front desk was exactly this. Ahmed too was always going out if his way to help. MohiUddin in [More] housekeeping was fast ,very efficient and gave attention to detail. MoviLinda and all catering staff very organised and efficient. Hamza on welcoming very polite...but to mention a few. All looked over by silent yet active Manager ,ever present to ensure best service. Very family friendly hotel, clean and decent. Boys enjoyed gym and prayer room facilities. Will be back whenever here on next trip to Dubiah for sure. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, but after asking each day for 5 days that the banging and scraping noise was starting around 8 or 8.30am every day, we were told that the builders would be [More] informed and it would not start until 10.30 or 11.00. But it started every day at 8.30 and went on all day, so peaceful lie-ins for tired family did not happen. that was a shame since the rooms were very nice and staff helpful, room service was good if expensive. Pool bar person was rushed off his feet and often absent for 30-40 mins as no other staff could serve drinks. at one point there were 4 hotel employees around the bar but not one was able to serve drinks or take food order. so that made the pool experience a bit mixed - the pool on the roof and surroundings were very nice. we were offered a buffet dinner for free as compensation on our last night for the disruption, which was nice, but I would wait until Jan 2022 until the works are finished to be sure of not having daytime noise. Otherwise hotel very peaceful and well insulated [Less]
