Excellent stay! Well exceeded my expectations.
Stayed here for one night a couple months after the grand opening of this hotel; in the height of the Covid pandemic. The hotel was very modern and seemed to have decent amenities such as a pool and
workout room; even though I didn’t take advantage of them during my stay. The room was extremely clean and tastefully decorated. The bed was also very comfortable and linens were excellent quality. This hotel also has one of, if not the best blackout curtains/blinds that I’ve ever seen in any hotel. This may be a weird thing to mention but in combination with the comfortable bed, I had an excellent sleep! I also found the hotel to be extremely quiet. Not that it wasn’t busy, because it was (I believe they were fully booked), but the walls weren’t paper thin like in some other budget hotels (and unfortunately other Holiday Inn’s) I’ve stayed in. Breakfast was decent; selection was a little limited but I understand that due to the pandemic large breakfast buffets that I’m use to a thing of the past (at least for now). The cost for the room was also extremely reasonable.
Overall, this may be one of the nicest non-resort budget hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I really hope that as this hotel ages they continue to maintain it continue to maintain that quality feel that I had when I stayed. This would be my top pick if I ever need a place to stay in the Aurora area again. [Less]
