Everything was excellent. I have only one critism. I had an early flight and I had to send a birthday card to my step son. I handed it in to reception with a stamp on it. I asked if they could send [More] it out with the hotel post. This was 1st February. His birthday was on the 13th. I came home on the 15th to discover the card hadn't arrived. Today is the 21st February and I've just got a text to say the card arrived today. 3 weeks later. So it could be An Post or the hotel forgot to send it. [Less]

New hotel, modern, clean, and at a reasonable price. The shuttle bus is a big plus. The staff is VERY helpful and kind. Hot Irish Breakfast for 15 euros is a bargain in Dublin. What an amazing staff!

I really loved my one night stay at this hotel. And all credits go to the front desk staff, especially Shaji Antony who did everything possible to make my stay wonderful. He was so helpful and nice [More] to me, indeed the best customer service I have received. I arrived very late at night but still he made me feel like I've arrived at home. I would also like to mention the other employee working that night with him (12th september, night), he was so helpful and sweet and Holiday Inn is lucky to have staff like both him and Shaji. Arrived at 9:00am after an overnight flight and was greeted with early check-in, a very comfortable bed, and quiet room. The staff was very friendly and helpful, printing off our boarding passes, directions for buses etc. Having a shuttle bus to and from the airport was also much appreciated.
