Rome, Italy, served as the seat of the Roman Empire and was the wealthiest
and most powerful city in the world for almost 1,000 years. Though the
Roman Empire has long since fallen, the glory of Rome shines on. It's
impossible to experience Rome independent of its breathtaking history. Art,
culture, and religion provide a diverse landscape of attractions to
experience as you explore the city. visit to Rome is complete without a visit to some of its museums and
galleries. In the Vatican Museums you can see the Sistine Chapel, Greek and
Roman sculptures, and an extensive collection of paintings. The Musei
Capitolino houses world-renowned sculptures like the Capitoline Venus.
Though small, the Galleria Borghese offers a breathtaking collection of
paintings by Raphael and Caravaggio. The Palazzo Altemps in the National
Roman Museum features 104 sculptures in the Boncompagni Ludovisi collection
alone. As you will no doubt discover, some of Rome's most stunning sculptures are
found in their original homes and not museums. The Trevi Fountain features
Carrara marble statues against a travertine façade. Toss a coin in and
legend has it the fountain may just draw you back to Rome. For shopping and dining, your best strategy is to explore the city on foot.
Stroll from the Piazza Navona through Campo de' Fiori to the Piazza Farnese
and Ponte Sisto crossing the Tiber River. Explore the Via del Corso from
Piazza Venezia to Piazza del Popolo. A meandering tour of Rome can always
yield new and exciting discoveries.
we had an excellent stay. very kind staff, we’d like to recommend Roberto and Franco from reception, Ilenia from the breakfast and Laura from the spa. the entire hotel is very clean and comfortable,[More] great facilities in the pool and spa and a well maintained gift shop with a lot of selection. the breakfast was very good, and the bar offered very nice drinks while you get to enjoy a live piano show. it’s very easy to catch a taxi because they’re always available just outside the hotel! and also getting into the city with public transport isn’t too hard. over all we had an excellent stay and we highly recommend this hotel.[Less]
Ticks all the boxes
By Chadders22
This was a return stay after a 3 year break and delighted to say the hotel still ticks all the boxes. Throughout our stay the staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. Notwithstanding the hotel was[More] extremely busy nothing was too much problem.
It has a wonderful outdoor pool located in nice gardens with good transport links to hotel and city via its own shuttle service or public transport readily available.
I have 2 minor criticisms which perhaps could be addressed before our next stay! Firstly, the choice of viewing on the television is extremely poor and needs attention. No entertainment (film) channels available and secondly the choice in the main restaurant is in need of improvement with more thought given to some more basic meals. Save for theses last 2 points I would heartily recommend this hotel.[Less]

Perfect service and best location
By Mimili
It is my second stay there, and my stay was more than perfect.
From arrival, and wonderful welcome from Oreta and Daniele, and all Reception staff and Concierge, above expected.
I’ve got an[More] Upgraded room with a nice view. Breakfast was superb, and the Terrace was open for eating outside. Restaurant staff along with Maria are so kind. Hotel has an amazing rooftop Terrace.
It was a perfect stay, and all I can say is to thank each and everyone who works there, because the gestures and service are impeccable.
Kindest regards from Belgrade.
