Get to know the city like a true Scotsman when you stay at one of our
Glasgow hotels near the city center, theatre district, or airport. Glasgow is Scotland’s largest city, and one of the largest in the U.K. Its
bustling metropolitan center is located on the River Clyde and is an
important seaport. From an early Christian site of the 6th century to a wealthy and
influential bishopric, Glaswegians saw their city grow in prestige and
power through its international trade of commodities like linen. Sparked by
the Scottish Enlightenment and the Industrial Revolution, Glasgow’s
fortunes exploded on the world scene, with active trade in almost every
sector and a vibrant shipbuilding economy. Today, the city combines
up-to-the-moment culture with stately architecture and a true sense of fun. The modern shape of the Clyde Arc Bridge is unmistakable in Glasgow’s
skyline, while the City Chambers building dominates its own section of the
city with Victorian stateliness. Medieval Glasgow Cathedral and Merchant
City provide excellent destinations for sightseeing and entertainment. The
Merchant City rewards pedestrians with countless pubs and restaurants, and
its central location near the riverside and Glasgow Green means that you
can continue to enjoy Glasgow’s unique sites after your break. It’s easy to get to know Glasgow’s range of museums and cultural
opportunities - nearly all of them are free! The Riverside Museum makes the
most of its picturesque location on the river to showcase a collection
relating to transportation, while the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum
exhibits everything from artistic masters to suits of armor. Taste the local whiskey at Glengoyne before
donning your party clothes for an evening out at the Scottish Ballet or
National Theatre. Glasgow makes a serious rival for London in terms of the breadth and
uniqueness of its retail. Packed with independent record stores and the
Style Mile area directly in the town center, every quirky and
up-to-the-minute trend is available for those in the know. Buchanan Street
has all the large brands you could wish for, while remaining
pedestrian-friendly, and the unique Argyll Arcade attracts with its window
displays of precious jewelry and diamonds. Truly all shoppers can find
something to cherish in Glasgow. Glasgow is a wonderful destination for golfers, as its famed Loch Lomond
and Gleneagles courses can attest. The city is also home to powerhouse
soccer teams, as well as a devoted rugby tradition. Catching a match
guarantees that you’ll feel like a local for the day. With frequent trains to London and other U.K. destinations, as well as its
international airport and efficient urban transportation system, Glasgow is
an easy city to navigate. Get to know the depth of Scotland’s past when you stay in one of our
Glasgow hotels. We put our guests first, and after experiencing our
hospitality, comfort, and value, you’ll be prepared to book your return
visit to Glasgow in no time.

Ideally situated with good views of airport
Kirsty the receptionist deserves a pay rise, what a great ambassador for the hotel, so friendly and helpful, could not do enough to make my stay comfortable!
Shame about the refurbishment work as[More] current restaurant/bar facilities not that brilliant, staff very slow (quite often invisible) and food/drink offerings not good value!
Phone in my room broken so no chance to get room service, and shower a problem to operate.[Less]
Most Convenient Airport Hotel Ever
I've visited this hotel around 4 or 5 times in the past 8 years since I've started visiting Glasgow, and the staff has always been excellent and understanding if I arrive on an early flight and am[More] 100% jet lagged. Visited the restaurant for the 1st time on this visit and the food was outstanding, and although the rooms have started to show signs of wear, the fact you're literally a 3 minute walk away from the check-in desks/ security area of the airport more than makes up for it. Will definitely stay again![Less]
City break with young children
Arrived early but this was no problem for the staff who allowed us into our room. Travelled alone with two young children who were made to feel welcome by staff. Comfortable room, in great location,[More] with friendly staff.[Less]

Amazing family room!
We had a lovely stay here in the family room. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had everything a hotel room should. It was very clean. We had a meal in the[More] restaurant (kids eat free). The service was very quick and our food was delicious and looked as though it was cooked from scratch. Breakfast the next morning had a huge selection. We has also booked in swimming (also free) Absolute bargain for what we paid. I would definitely recommend.[Less]
Good hotel for leisure visits...
The room, the staff, the health facility were all very good. The only drawback is the outdated internet access, if I would have known, I would not have stayed here at all. The access is claimed to be[More] there but it is impossible to get in. I will avoid this hotel for my next trips...[Less]
