First of all, I appreciate all staffs in InterContinental Hotels Danang Sun Peninsula Resort. Thanks to you, our family had unforgettable time in Danang with beautiful nature, food and facilities [More] in the hotel. Also, please double check my check out amount. ( I think $20 voucher was not reflected) I wish that InterContinental Hotels Danang Sun Peninsula Resort will be better for future guest if somethings listed below are improved based on my experience. Please strictly restrain people who violate hotel's policy of swimming pool. 1. diving guy in the garden pool (The guy looked 40 ~ 50 years old, not child or teenager) Water spray by the diving guy spoiled our ordered foods. 2. smoking guys in the garden pool (several times while we stayed for 4 days) Smoking is very bad for my 1 year old baby. Hotel location has jaw dropping view, facility is well maintained, design of hotel is astonishing. Front desk has a good service, recognition of rewards club membership, accommodated special request. [More] Highly recommend to just stay in the hotel, enjoy the facilities, activities (plenty of events and sports available, whether with family or romantic holiday). Food is great. Amazed to have seen a welcome lounge at airport! Location is 20+ km away from town where Grab car availability is low. Unfortunately transportation or transfer to downtown is chargeable and only available at specific timing. Need to increase its frequency. Good thing is taxi is available and fast, even it is far away from town. Recommend to have staff trained to acknowledge guests with names. [Less]
Wonderful place!
We are very happy to stay here, it is like a heaven. We have very enjoyable with La Maison restaurant and very impressive breakfast at Citron restaurant. That would be more greater if some issues can [More] be improved: 1) Staff service: It is a bit slow when need some help, we had to wait nearly 20 minutes 2) Check in time: It is quite late to check in, I had to wait from 2pm to 2h45pm to check in 3) Sound system: I would recommend sound system should be available. I have to wait 30 minutes to install Bose system in my room I will be back on Viet Nam Tet holidays and hopefully to see the improvements Thank you! Best regards [Less]
