Standard US style hotel. The traffic approach is a little tricky to and from Anderson St to the north. The car park is undercover but not secure. There are some good restaurants in the neigbour hood [Más] particularly Indian and Vietnamese. The major shops, train and cinema are only a short walk. [Menos]

I have stayed at many hotels around the world and must say, HolidayInn Parramatta has been by far the best. The rooms were very comcomfortable, the staff were amazingly friendly and the location is [Más] perfect. We felt at home and the staff were personable, and we did not feel just like another guest. This hotel is so convenient to stay as it is close to the airport and they offer a shuttle service as well. The staff are all very polite and helpful. Breakfast is awesome as well [Menos]

Stayed here recently for 3 days in June 2019. Close to the airport and mascot station. Friendly staff and service... Was able to checkin early.. which was very nice. Excellent breakfast with [Más] a vivid choice.. had a pancake making machine and also a blender for making instant juice that was very special. Airport shuttle charges $7/person.. which turns out to be expensive especially if you are traveling with family.. I wish they have a free airport shuttle for holiday inn guests. [Menos]

The hotel's location is excellent, can't get any closer to the beach. We stayed for the labour day long weekend so it was quite hectic but we still managed to have an enjoyable and relaxing [Más] holiday. The service was great, have no complain. Restaurant and room service were excellent. Free parking would obviously be nice but it's $25/night wasn't too bad. We're already thinking of coming back when we get the chance for another relaxing holiday. [Menos]
