It was a short stay for me unfortunately, want to stay more in this hotel as the location is fabulous and Reception Staff Ms Carmila has helped me a lot in early Check in and upgraded my room the [Más] fantastic view of sheikh zayed road. She was very helpful overall in my entire stay. The hotel is very busy with the guest due to EXPO 2020 and the best thing is hotel has facility to provide the free shuttle bus service (pick and drop) for their guests to EXPO 3 times a day. The room was clean but the furniture need to be replaced with new. Breakfast was good and very crowdy with multiple cuisines (continental, India, Arabic, English). The location of the hotel is amazing , lots of restaurants and shops around , 5 min walk to Metro Station and close to Dubai Mall. Once again i thank to Ms Carmila in providing me the best service. The saddest part of the hotel is the night club (ZINC) is no more operational and closed. Weekend is always crowdy and busy so your request does not give you guarantee to be fulfilled. But still i recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely come back. [Menos]

The staffs were helpful and friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast is also very good and heavy with a wide variety of English breakfast options and healthy options. I would like to give [Más] special thanks to Chef Dulal who went out of his way to ensure that I get smoked salmon on a daily basis based on my ask. I would also like to give thanks to Sumila who was a always smiley and friendly and willing to assist. I’d also like to thank IT guy Ahmed El Dally for trying to assist me with VPN and for going out of his way on his day off to assist me. Lastly I’d also like to thank Eastern European guy at the concierge. Given I arrived very early In the morning I would also like to thank the hotel for making an effort to get early check in. Overall the hotel facilities are good but not 5 star as put on the website which can be misleading. It’s a good average hotel for average comfort and the location is good, not far from anything. The hotel room is comfortable however my room was adjacent to the lift and the noise was sometimes a little annoying but nothing major to majorly affect your sleep. The hotel has some very nice restaurants with delicious foods. Overall I’m happy with my stay at the hotel and will rate my experience a 7/10 to 8/10. [Menos]

Huge thank you to the whole team at Holiday Inn Al Barsha for all their services and hospitality during our recent stay. My family and I have thoroughly enjoyed our trip. We were welcomed with [Más] kindness and warmth by everyone. Lovely clean hotel, excellent range of fresh food. Great views from rooftop pool. Fantastic location, within walking distance to local metro and Emirate’s Mall. In particular we wanted to recognise Shameem Ali, Moazzam Ali, Khalid, Rahanas, Hansen. Also, the whole team in Gem gardens restaurant in particular Saba, Arnold and Yadav. Unfortunately, I’m unable to name everyone in person, but each member of the team displayed 100% professionalism and played their part in making our stay a memorable one. My children were really sad to leave but my husband and I have committed to bringing them back to Dubai and we look forward to staying at Holiday Inn Al Barsha again. The Staff Make This Hotel Special

We have stayed many times at this hotel and have never been disappointed and it's the super staff who go above and beyond to make your stay special. It was my birthday during my stay which I hadn't [Más] told them, even so at breakfast I had a cake and a rousing chorus of Happy Birthday. When we went back to our room later that day, Eric, our room attendant had made a beautiful swan towel display on the bed. It was very touching. So well done to you all. Special thanks to the Q Bar team. They were so welcoming, super efficient, especially bubbly and friendly Surmana who was so attentive and a pleasure to chat to. We will be back to see you all soon! Good Hotel at an affordable price

Location is okay, just 5 minutes to the next Metro Station. The Hotel is very busy, the Concierge was very helpfull. The 1. room we got was Not the Best, but then we changed and got a wonderful room. [Más] If you need anything in this hotel ask Mr. Erwin, he is the very best and has an answer to every question you have. Thanks to him, he is great. [Menos]

The service received was exceptional. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was AMAZING. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I particularly enjoyed liaising [Más] with the chefs and restaurants staff, the food offered was of good quality and absolutely delicious. Being a qualified hotel manager and having stayed at dozen of hotels, this was on the top of the list of best stays abroad. Staff was very hospitable. As with every good review, we to have some recommendations: The sofabed/sleeper coach is definitely not made for comfortable sleeping to say the very least. Perhaps focus on improving comfort for 3rd guest in the room even if its only a child. Also ensure that if a guest has booked for an additional person in the room that extra bedding and toweling is available upon arrival. Last recommendation, provide extra/additional /separate menu options for children. Although the chefs did after discussing the matter ensured that there is some basic foods for the children, children should still be catered for. Thank you so much for the kind gesture of surprising my mother with a birthday cake and the friendly staff that was most helpful. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone. [Menos]
