Room 131. Sink faucet had lower water pressure, tub slow to drain. Didn’t bring to staffs attention. Shower head wasn’t working properly, called staff. Asked to change out. Next day after work, returned to room. Shower changed out, works wonderfully, as it should.
Stolen wheels and tires!!!

Woke up to our car missing all 4 wheels and tires on heir property parking lot. All the manager tell us is there are no cameras in that parking lot and pointed at the sign that says they are not liable for anything stolen or damage to your car. No offer of extended stay or even water while we wait in the heat. We didn’t leave that stupid parking lot until it was dark. We were out there all day since this was a Sunday and most places that can help us were closed. Paid $1200 in total just to get our car home.
Thefts favorate place to break into your vehicle !!!

The first night my truck was broken into. After contacting the staff/manager I was told that the part of the parking lot has no security cameras. It was at the rear entrance to building #2 the building my room was. I was parked against the walk way and the building entrance door. Well lighted from building lights as well as parking lights. Was also told by staff that night security did not start until after 10:30 pm. After contacting the police and filling a report I was inform that theft targeting truck at that hotel was a problem. This is a busy Holiday Inn that doesn't appear to care about protecting their guest. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOLIDAY INN !!! if you value your vehicle and contents. The overall stay room, cleanliness, sleep quality, was far below my previous experiences at other Holiday Inns in California as well as other states.

The staff are all really nice the food is good and not really expensive and the motel is in a good location

I travel approximately 100 nights annually. I stay at IHG properties more than 60 nights per year.
While the staff at this property is very good, the area and hotel itself are not as desirable when compared to other IHG properties in the area. I try to avoid this one when other options are available.

I had a very enjoyable stay and slept well on the wonderfully comfortable bed. Nice pillows, too!
The bartender worked hard to keep the group happy and was pleasant the entire evening.

I had a nice patio room on first floor, however, the door key card didn't work half the time, had to try several times to get in. I stayed two nights and the towels were not changed until I asked for more. They never came in to check or hang new ones much less take the used ones out. I didn't think the room seemed very clean as well as I wondered if the sheets were really changed from top to bottom.
The front desk people were really attentive and tried their best to get what and where you wanted to stay. The a/c was pretty noisy too.
We had a catered dinner by this hotel which was excellent.
Maybe need a little inservice as to cleanliness and appearance of the rooms.

My family and I stayed here on a recent Disney vacation. We were pleased with the hotel, staff and over all service. We appreciated the free shuttle service to and from Disney, and the attendants were always very helpful to our family. We did not sample any food of beverage during this stay. The pool was very nice and enjoyable. We loved the size of the pool and courtyard area. Our only complaint was that it took quite a while when we requested extra towels and cleaning services.

noisy next door neighbors at 2 am! Couldn't sleep. Would of preferred not having to call the front desk for assistance and specially not having to wait 1 hour before they took proper action and knocked on the neighbors door.
Otherwise, good value.
Holoiday near Knotts

Hotel was nice, very convenient to Knott's with lots of good choices for food nearby. Pool was excellent and a lot of fun. Bar was smelly and the service left something to be desired. But overall a good place to stay.

We wanted to have a early check in which we were granted. The clerk at service desk made me feel like we were welcome from the minute we arrived. Room was great. Loved mirror in bathroom with lights all around it.Loved pool and area around it.
