We made the reservation weeks ago and when we showed up we were told there were no rooms available with 2 beds, which is what we reserved as we had 4 people. They have away our room. It was midnight and we had 2 tired kids with us. The guy at the desk was very nice and helpful, but it was a situation we never should have been in. He spent 30 minutes calling around to other hotels before he remembered there was 1 room available with 2 beds. It was after 1 am by the time we were able to get settled.

No daily housekeeping - had to ask for additional Kleenex, coffee, sugar, creamer, etc. Went to the bar for dinner 6 nights so far and asked for Budweiser - it's on the menu but hasn't been available even after repeatedly asking the manager to get some. No Caffeinated coffee available for the rooms even at the front desk. No shower pressure. Booked room at $116 a night through the IHG website and was told it was $269 a night at checkin. They fixed that but I shouldn't have had to deal with it. Likely going to find a different property next week.
