Servicio y habitaciones con lo necesario para trabajar y descansar.
Buena ubicación todos muy atentos.

The hotel is under renovations so the furniture is totally new. However, the floor at the room was still dusty, the door at the bathroom did not work and the AC is very noisy. The food at the restaurant is poor and cold. The staff is friendly but does not have experience with platinum members. If you are expecting an special attention for being a member of IHG Rewards Club, you will not get it.

Lo único que no me agradó...visote se restaurante, y después de mucho esperar nos retiramos a buscar otra opción pues nadie nos atendió, al salir le informamos a la cajera el motivo por el cual nos retiramos y vimos a el mesero ahí..platicando, no nos dijeron nada... fuimos a comer a Fiesta Americana... le aclaro en su restaurante no había muchos clientes...

Me quede en la habitación varias noches. Es un hotel acogedor, con buena decoración y buen ambiente.
La refrigeración hace mucho ruido cuando prende y apaga. Después de un par de días aprendí que es mejor ponerla en siempre prendida y solo controlar la temperatura. Le hace falta un elevador, en el caso de tener mucho equipaje que subir al segundo piso.
Estrañe el cóctel ejecutivo de otros holiday Inn.
Sin embargo es un buen hotel comparado con muchos!

La habitación y precio bien... Restaurante... pasamos largo tiempo esoerando que nos atendieran..había muy poca gente..y al salir del Restaurante en busca de otra opción...vimos al mesero platicando con la cajera...informamos antes de salir..que ivamos a otro lado x que no nos atendieron..no recibimos niguna explicació
