The whole atmosphere in this hotel is amazing and indescribable. This place truly feels like home. Luckily every time I book there, Nicole helps me. Nicole is such a valuable asset for this company! I had to point this out. And am really thankful for your kindness and thoughtfulness! Thank you for providing such an experience. See you soon!

I came to Ottawa for a 4-day getaway, and this hotel was the best price and location for my holiday. Check-in was quick and easy, and I got to meet Nicole, with whom I had spoken on the phone the week before. She recognized me from my voice, and that was just the beginning of what proved to be the best hospitality I’ve ever encountered.
The room was exquisite. Clean, fully equipped for my tech needs, comfortable beyond compare. The restaurant (Gibson’s on Queen) serves a fantastic breakfast with very affordable pricing for the meals provided. Wifi is free, fast, and never faltered.
After a rough beginning to my stay (car trouble), Helen and Peter, Nicole, Michael, and Melanie went above and beyond to make sure I got the service I needed vis-a-vis my car. But it was their compassion and humanity, the outreach they showed me throughout that made my stay that much better.
They all made me feel not just welcome, but cared for. The level of service they showed me for 4 days was top notch, and just added to the overall quality of the hotel itself.
I highly recommend staying here. I know I will return. I felt like I was leaving friends when I hugged them goodbye. They didn’t have to, but they truly did go the extra mile for a traveler far from home, and alone in a new city.
