La gerente tiene un trato nefasto, no le intereso el problema que tenia. Mejor el chico que estaba en turno de recepción se movía y llamaba para resolver el asunto siempre pidiendo disculpas por la molestia causada.
Me llevo un mal sabor de boca y solo por el trato de la gerente.
Bien, muy bien, la gente del Frontdesk muy proactiva

El personal en lo general, camareras, Bellboys, recepción y cafetería, tienen la disposición y la actitud de servicio adecuada a pacientes de hospital, siempre tratando de condescender en cada solicitud, por extraordinaria que sea. Además siempre identifican a quienes hemos estado ahi anteriormente. Felicidades al personal.

desde nuestra llegada hasta la salida, tuvimos el apoyo de todo el personal y las instalaciones muy confortables. Aunque el acceso a la entrada del hotel no es facil de llegar o los taxistas se confunden, logramos superarlo, el restaurante aunque pequeño, es muy acogedor y la comida buena y no cara

Estuve encantada con lo s excelentes servicios de limpieza atención al publico...lo único que no fue de mi agrado... fue, no contar con servicio de Bar y entiendo que debe ser porque está localizado EN UN hospital...pero lo que mas me agradó fue su tranquilidad y suavidad de sus camas y almohadas.Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Si vas a este hotel es mejor que te salgas del cuarto a conectarte a Internet, de plano no funciona en el cuarto.
Si pides servicio al cuarto , mejor ve al restaurante, la comida llega fría.

The service at this hotel was awful. The staff is so slow, they aren't helpful if you need anything, and they kicked me out I the gym 10 minutes after 10pm. I was already going to leave, but it doesn't hurt them to let their guests finish their workouts. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Friendly reception and guest service. They understood English. It is a little difficult to find if you don't speak Spanish: when you arrive at the bottom floor in front of the elevator, go to the fifth floor to the reception desk. Most other floors are hospital access. Highly recommend.

En general considero que las instalaciones y servicio de la cadena son muy buenos. Como lo comente en otra sección anterior, estuve en un hotel de la misma cadena en los Cabos el pasado mes de junio y la verdad mi familia estuvo super cómoda. Pensamos en algún momento regresar.

This hotel is inside the Medica Sur hospital campus. It is well hidden but most taxi's know where it is. It is the perfect choice if you are going to the hospital for some reason. It is also the best hotel close to Stadium Azteca. The hotel only has about 50 rooms so book ahead. I have stayed there several times and the staff is friendly and helpful. Most of the rooms are well decorated in soothing colors, large and quiet (unless an ambulance helicopter lands).
Food is the only challenge. The two onsite restaurants serve what I can only describe as 'hospital food'. There are a few small local restaurants but the hotel staff do not have any to recommend and there is no delivery service offered from local restaurants (not even Dominoes).
If you are looking for a nicer place to eat there are a few nice restaurants in Tlalpan centro about a 5 minute taxi ride or ten block walk . There are also several decent chain restaurants (Chilis, CPK, Itilianas, PF Chang) at the mall Paseo Acoxpa about 15 minute taxi ride. For a splurge Ex-Hacienda Tlappan is a very beautiful place to have a relaxed meal.
