Tienen que resolver el problema de Facturación

La estadía fue aceptable y la ubicación del hotel es buena para las compañías que trabajan en el área Industrial de Altamira, pero NO tienen facturas, y eso se vuelve un problema para la comprobación de los gastos, sobre todo si es que se acumulan los días, han pasado 5 días desde que entregué la habitación, aún no me han hecho las facturas correspondientes y francamente parece que se están lavando las manos. De lo que he escuchado de otros colegas del ramo, este problema ya tiene tiempo ocurriendo y necesitamos que nos resuelvan.

La semana pasada y esta semana me hospede y la verdad el servicio de facturación pésimo no pude facturar consumo de alimentos a pesar de enviar correo y personalmente me presente para ver esta situación nunca tuve respuesta, la verdad muy pésimo servicio y lo quito de mis hoteles para hospedarme
ojala mejoren por su bien

Me gustó mucho el recibimiento, sin embargo algo menos flexibles por que no me dejaron ir a la alberca unos 15 min después del horario. Adicional tuve la hermosa sorpresa de encontrarme en mi habitación una Salamanquesa pero un joven muy amable de mantenimiento reviso y al parecer se salió por la ventana. Por lo demás genial servicio, atención. FELICIDADES!!!

To be honest this hotel is not very good. The rooms are dated and the furniture is so unconfortable it is better sitting in the bed. TVs are very small, seems like they bought the cheapest flat screens they could find. Internet is slow and sometimes unreliable.
Unfortunately there are very few decent hotels in the area and even with all its problems this one is still one of the best.
