I am not surprised at all.. every time I check in they are improving… hospitality, welcoming, helpful…
They treat you like you really own the place..

Our stay was absolutely terrific as we were welcomed with an outstanding hospitality from Holiday Inn team. Our check-inn was awesome and warming !
Kaye was a great help, of course we should not forget the real MVP, Samuel !
Who has been our go-to person whenever we needed help as well as Omar & George. We would also like to thank the F&B-team, Mohit and the housekeeping team, especially Kalidoss and Basu for taking care of us at the pool ! We will definitely be coming back !!!

A wonderful place to stay from a flight arrival. Excellent value for money and would have stayed for 2 weeks if apartments with kitchenettes were offered. Staff even took care of our frozen goods for the duration of the stay. The location is great to access on foot Festival City.

There was just a small problem at the initial state of our stay where we were checked in on a room that was less than what we paid for, but once we notified our concern they were able to rectify the problem swiftly without delay.
Having said that, I have no other complaints about our stay. I mean it was our 1st wedding anniversary and this hotel was our choice to spend quality time with each other and it did not disappoint us. It was actually perfect. We will never forget our stay at the Holiday Inn DFC.
To those guests complaining about their stay (especially those giving a very low rating), you all need to learn to appreciate things more and be less fussy about everything.
We would definitely go back here someday.
