Emergency Trip

Our son needed emergency surgery, and when I called to get a room, the front staff was very understanding of the situation and made the booking and check in as easy as possible. The rooms were very clean and tidy. We stayed on the side that faces the freeway, and we did not hear the traffic. If we had neighbors, we did not hear them. Overall, the whole stay was excellent, and I will definitely stay here in the future. The price was reasonable compared to others in the area.

I do a great deal of traveling for business and this hotel has become one of my favorites.
The rooms are comfortable with newer decor and are easy to relax or work in.
The hotel has a good sized gym if you are the type that wants to work out while away from home.
What set this hotel apart was the staff they are welcoming and helpful. Especially one manager who was able to resolve an issue I had at the front desk.
DARKEST ROOMS EVER - Take a personal headlamp

I travel for business at least 5-8 days a month.
I have NEVER ever had a room this dark. I was (trying to) copy notes from the day and type a report.
No where in this entire hotel room could I actually see enough to read. I used my phone flashlight for a while and gave up and sat in the bathroom since it was a little brighter.
I checked the wattage of each of the LED bulbs - all of them were equivalent to:
30 WATTS !!!
WHAT?! Do those even exist?
Most infuriating HI stay I can think of.
Cleanliness? Who knows?? CAN'T SEE ANYTHING!
There were goats, though outside of my window which were fun to watch -
