Very friendly and helpful staff with smiling faces. Everything was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Pillows of every shape and firmness. Would recommend and will be back. Area is very safe and easy to access from any direction. Enjoyed our stay very much

I stayed at the Express in Bentonville and it was the worst ever. I move to the Holiday Inn Pinnacle Hills and it was amazing. The staff was good and the rooms are big. Can't beat it. Everything there is new.

food just o.k. very noisey air conditioning unit, hard to sleep., small hard pillows, need regular size.

I was going to walk to a local restaurant when the staff absolutely would not let me. They arranged for the van. Thank goodness! by the time we got to the first street light there was rain wind and hail!
They knew the storm was moving in. I walked back and made it before the next storm hit. The driver was hanging around awaiting my call. When he saw me come back he was relieved I was safe and sound. No sooner did I get to my room when the next wave hit.
I felt protected and special, thanks for the caring!

Would recommend this hotel to any one ever staying in this area. The staff are very welcoming and attentive to your needs. The rooms are spacious and the bed is one that i actually get excellent sleep in. Stayed here before and it won't be the last.

Felt the hotel was understaffed. The rooms were nice but the front desk was overwhelmed at times. Not as nice as other Holiday Inns we use.
Great rooms, location, but breakfast was less that average.

I love the staff at this Holiday Inn. They are always friendly and accommodating. The rooms are always clean. The only 2 issues I have with the hotel are the pillows (the same issue with most Holiday Inns) and the restaurant that is run by an outside company.
Accessable Room

One of the best Accessible Rooms we have ever had.
The space was large and provided opportunity for comfortable
reading and sleeping by two people. We would recommend it to anyone needing an Accessible Room.

This Holiday Inn has some of the nicest staff. However, the restaurant is horrible. I know it is part of the hotel but the owners must be experimenting with a childhood dream of having their own restaurant. The pillows at this hotel are the lumpiest cheapest pillows of any hotel I stay at (and I stay at 3-4 hotels a week). I would be lovely if they had more options with the van, since, the restaurant in house is so poor.
