Guests beware!

This establishment charged us $50 as “hold”. First they claimed that it would be refunded then they changed their story and maintained that it was only pre-authorized and not charged. They keep repeating that the card was not charged despite us sending them card statement clearly showing that the card was debited. Also we forgot a valuable item in the room but they denied finding it. Would never stay there again.

我和老公用相机自动拍照时，有个服务生经过，主动放下手里的东西帮我们拍照，很感谢他~贵店的小花园特别漂亮~
环境温馨绿化好, 客房人性化有小孩加床

酒店装潢比较新，环境和设施都干净;
有停车场, 交通相对比较方便;
房间卫生干净，工作人员热情，服务员态度好，值得推荐
使用WIFI有时间限制。

The location was great for the airport, staff were fantastic. Room was good but the chair in the room was dirty, there was an item of clothing under the bed, so not perfect! Rooms were quiet and you couldn't ask for better staff in the restaurant or on the desk.

garden- it was really relaxing
gym- it has world class fitness facilities
the heatpump was great
the bed was really comfortable.
Quiet Room

On arrival, we were welcomed and informed we had been given a room upgrade. The room was very quiet enabling us to have a good rest. The room was very clean, well appointed and the bed was extremely comfortable. Public areas including the Bar area were clean and attractive. Overall, our brief stay was excellent.

The staff were absolutely amazing, nothing was too much effort for them and any requests I made were dealt with quickly and efficiently and always with a smile on their face. (I was attending a course which had a three hour exam at the end of it, so I was pretty STRESSED!!) I can't thank them enough for making an otherwise stressful situation into a calm and relaxed atmosphere for me.
YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

Lived in this Holiday Inn for over two months due to prolonged work assignment nearby. Hotel was initially chosen because of the walking distance to my working place but I soon started to like the place. I am a heavy business traveler and have seen much funkier places than this one. What makes this hotel lovely is the quality and friendliness of their staff and the spacious and green set up. I never felt confined as I do in many other hotels after a few days of stay. Will return there any time for any period of time.
