Poor Customer Service

I paid for my stay by a travel agents voucher. This was pre-paid. However, two days after my check-out, I was debited the stay vide my credit card. Have written to the hotel but they do not even care to reply to my mail.
Extremely poor quality service redressal!!

Dear Mr. General Manager, you have the best team working at your hotel.
What an amazing time I had @ Holiday Inn Doha! Mind-blowing hospitality service they have provided throughout my stay. My entire day was of 16 days, which included quarantining myself at the same property, the packed meals were truly delicious and the service from -in-room dining dept was great - to mention Mubarak, Kisan, Chandrakala ( i hope these are the right name & spelling) did a great job. The guest service staff Pradeep & Christina were always just a call away to help. as well as Ben from FO. Also to mention, Ms. Kirani at breakfast perfectly remembered my b/f preference and made sure it was served right every day. Lastly, the Duty Manager(form L&D dept) Mr. Mahendra for your feedback just was cherry on the cake.
So, I truly appreciate each of your contributions to making my stay so memorable and special.
Looking forward to staying with you all soon.

I really enjoy stay in this Hotel. Don't know from what I can start, because I've been in many other Hotels in Doha, so is good to compare them sometimes. Here in HolidayInn I enjoy my stay, starting from check in during all two weeks up to check out. The room inside and outside on corridors are clean. I really like the modern style of the room. Smart plugs everywhere e.g.HDMI in the wall next to working desk, great sollution, first time I've seen that. Good new TV in the room, where I could watch my films at evenings. Maybe I was just missing "Bein sport channels" which I've seen in other Hotels. I know, there is in the buillding at M-floor Stock Bar at the bottom of Hotel, but still in the room is diferent, when in priavte is just a another comfort, so maybe HolidayInn managament will upgrade this in the future. Everything else was really good, swimming pool, GYM and even the food was great, specially now when we all live during Covid-19 times, here in this Hotel they bring the food to your room at your specific time, The Food selection was super, so Keep like that. About laundry I need to say that, they have some system to make a Guest's laundry come back to the room next day in plastic foil, all clean and fresh and what is the most important for me, without this pointless labels on every side or stickers with room number. I know few Hotels in Doha do that, what is very bad for the clothes because sometime when you want to take it of that sticker is damaged the material or leaving some horrible to remove glue which happend in RadissonBlu hotel. Anyway I really enjoy my stay here, specially when you have there helpful people in Reception like Ben, Shaon or Kent. Also room service was good job therefore, special thanks to Zyren and Lavaniya. From Housekeeping I want to say Big thanks to Zira, Ashiq, Azath and Alamin for being always nice to the guest and for their service.
