Food poison

I stayed here on 2/2/22 through 2/4/22. the first day was fine up until i ordered dinner from the hotel restaurant. I had gotten the bacon hamburger and chicken Alfredo... One of those gave me a pretty bad case of food poison.. It was the only thing i had eaten that day so i know for certain it was the hotels food.... i wake up on friday the 4th miserable as could be. i had all the signs of food poison, needless to say i did not want to move my body anywhere other than the bed and the bathroom... the hotel staff were very inconsiderate and felt no remorse of my situation. i was thinking maybe they would offer a complimentary day stay. i am a diamond member of their company... NO free stay , NO discounted price... NO LOVE!!! You Guys Seriously Suck... im just saying... i had to leave your hotel while i was throwing up and pooping myself rather violently!!!!So much fun!!!..
Sad to say i was extremely disappointed in this stay which will be my last...

We arrived late evening, I asked to move rooms, away from the vending and elevator, the clerk seemed a little reluctant to move us, but we were moved. We hadn't entered the original room. Checking into the new room I noticed a wrapper on the floor, ok no big deal. After my husband & I used the toilet, it would not flush. Ok maintenance could come fix it. But, when hanging our clothes in the closet, we noticed the dirty towels on the floor!..Eww, gross! Back to the front desk. We were moved to another room. With Covid19 the rooms should be cleaned throughly.

I travel a lot to the Tri Valley area and this is my Hotel of Choice!The service of the staff is really good, rooms are nice and comfortable and the restaurant serves good food. It is also close to several other restaurants and services. Easy access to the freeways for business and travel!

I have been staying at the Dublin Holiday Inn for many years due to my business in the Bay Area. The staff has always been excellent and professional. The rooms have been improved several times over the years and are very comfortable. I would recommend the Dublin Holiday Inn if you are going to be in the Dublin/Pleasanton Area.

very comfortable stay. No issues. friendly staff. Hotel is closer to amenities and food places. Wireless in the room is high speed. I will definitely recommend this hotel to visitors to this area.

I was able to check in early which was a huge plus. The room was clean and very comfortable. The gym had some free weights in addition to cardio machines and the pool was a nice surprise.

Hotel is like most holiday inns, close to where I needed to be for business. Room was fine, courtyard is nice in the evening. Only complaints would be the fitness center, which is in dire need of updating. Also, the early morning hours staff are loud and don't seem to understand that there are guests sleeping at 630 in the morning. The Outback next door does take-out, but I would not recommend it.

Have stayed at many Holiday Inns over several business trips. This one compares better, and worse than some.
- All Holiday Inns seem to be apportioned the same way. "That 70s carpet
