All staff are very warm, but Raisa and Jonathan make me to feel more warm in my second home Holiday Inn Manaus, they always help me to solve all my little concerns, they make me differents suggestions, etc.

The staff is always available to serve you. The room is comfortable , quiet and very clean. Kitchen is above average in Manaus and the location is excellent when you have to work at Industrial District.

My friend and I just recently spent a total of 8 nights at the end of August/early September at the Holiday Inn Manaus. I would like to positively mention the wonderfully friendly and helpful staff working at the reception, in the restaurant/bar, and lobby area who made our stay very pleasant and memorable.
Manager, Clay, welcomed our warmly and provided information about the city Manaus. In addition, bellboy Jhonathan impressed me daily with newly learned German, and English vocabulary, he had learned :-) and regularly cheered me up in the lobby, or in the convenient, outside smoking area in front of the hotel. Big thumbs up!
Rooftop pool area is nice and the food at the restaurant very good. Charming and prompt service!

I was impressed by all of the staff within the hotel.The great restaurant, the friendly front desk staff and the huge comfortable room.The absolutely most friendly hotel you will ever stay at. Everyone working there seemed to LOVE their jobs. Beautiful,comfortable, super clean rooms.

after reading reviews, we were unhappy with the hotel our travel agent booked for us, so we tried the Holiday Inn Manaus, and were thrilled with this selection.
Friendly helpful staff, great accomodations, beautiful pool and gym. Highly recommend!

Found the hotel to be generally comfortable. Room was very clean, though slight mildew growth in the shower tiles. I suppose that's to be expected in such a humid climate. Staff was helpful. Restaurant is adequate and convenient, though somewhat overpriced.

Arriving I was very well received at reception and quickly got the key. The room was condintioned (Air Com switced on) and very clean. The breakfast is good, not too rich in variety, but a good start in the day. Only less perfect point: for my feeling the mattress was too soft. I will certainly return when I will be in Manaus again.

Traveling to the Amazon with my family (wife and 3 teen boys). Superb service and very good fitness center. Fantastic pool on the roof. Restaurant is expensive but good shopping mall with better options next door
