I would give this hotel zero stars if it was possible. From the time we arrived to the time we checked out, mostly every employee I spoke to or dealt with was rude or just didn't care. We stayed here since a family wedding we attended was near by. We were originally put in the farthest possible room from everyone else that was attending the wedding. The first time I called to ask for a closer room I was told everything room was already reserved. The second call (from my wife) we were told they only had a room with two double beds. And on the third call, they magically found a room next to all the other family members staying here for the wedding. While I was getting ready for the wedding I dropped a glass cologne bottle on the floor. Glass shattered everywhere. I called the front desk (at 5pm) to let them know that I had dropped something and there was broken glass on the floor. I apologized since it was my fault and asked for it to be cleaned up while we were at the wedding. They happily said of course and off we went to the wedding. Fast forward to almost 1am, arriving at the hotel exhausted and only wanting to sleep. We opened our door to the cologne fragrance filled room (my bad on that) only to look down and see the broken glass STILL all over the floor. I walked down to the front desk to a representative who gave me blank stares. He was now the only one on duty and after a few minutes brought up a dust pan. A DUST PAN? So he handed it to me and then at 1:30am, I started to sweep up the broken glass shards. Well dust pans ready don't work so well so anytime my wife or I wanted to move around the room (or use the bathroom) we had to wear shoes. The next morning at checkout I asked to speak with a manager and was told he wouldn't be in until later that day but they took my information and he would call me. The day goes on and no call. I called back the next two days to speak with him and again he's not available and would call me back. It's now one week later and still no call. Use your best judgement before booking a stay at this hotel.

Great hotel staff. Kind and courteous front staff especially Jerome and Sam. Comfortable, clean rooms. Needs improvement in work-out room.

This Holiday Inn is one of the better ones I have stayed in. It was clean and well kept. Staff was pleasant. We had a breakfast in the morning that was fantastic.

This hotel has 2 floors and no elevator. Upon check-in, I was given a room on the first floor. I asked the girl if I could have a room on the 2nd floor. Even though there were rooms available, my request was not granted. If I were in a wheelchair and I was assigned a 2nd floor room, would I be able to request the first floor? I could ask but I can't say if they would honor my request or not. It seems that whatever room you are assigned, you are stuck with it. Except for my poor check-in experience, the hotel is comfortable and clean. Not sure if I would personally use this location again in the future though.

As a Platinum Elite Member, with over 400,000 Priority Club Points, I should have been offered a "welcome", or bonus points, which is typical in most HI properties. This was my ONLY complaint, otherwise, the place was GREAT!

During a challenging visit with family, the Holiday Inn was a great place to settle. Have a 3-year old and he had plenty of room to play, run down halls and help with laundry (coin-op was a nice bonus). Very comfortable king-sized bed. Needed to be near family, and this location was perfect. Mt. Kisco is also a cute town to stroll in. Great good nearby.

In town for funeral and staff was very accommodating getting us in to room early.
Great staff in bar that night - a bunch of us were staying over and we managed to have a good time.

Everyone did a great job to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The lobby was cheerful and we had a wonderful H.S. reunion in the restaurant.

This is a nice comfortable space to stay if you are in the area. The internet is excellent and the staff is friendly.
